BootCamp


Adult BootCamp

It’s not too late for a summer shape-up. Lose inches, reduce body fat, and increase stamina with our Ultimate Outdoor Bootcamp. Our Bootcamp is designed to push your limits while keeping it fun and safe to achieve incredible results. We also have personal trainers if you prefer one-on-one or small group workouts. Our personal trainers can get you going on a fitness program customized to your body and fitness level.

Junior BootCamp
New to TAC this summer, our Junior Bootcamp for ages 8-12. Participants will increase strength, flexibility, and balance while participating in games, obstacle courses, and other fun and exciting forms of exercise designed to promote a healthy lifestyle.

2nd Session: August 4th - August 29th

Monday and Wednesday
Beginning/Intermediate
9:30-10:30 am with Carrie

Tuesday and Thursday
Intermediate/Advanced
5:30-6:30pm with Rachel

$100 for 4 weeks
$175 for all 8 weeks
