many other exciting fitness classes, led by experienced,
certified instructors.

Procedures
*Extra fee: These classes require
an additional fee to attend
*Classes require sign up at front desk 1/2 hour prior to start
of class.
*All classes are 55 min. unless other wise noted.
*Reservations can be made 1 week prior to class for a $1 fee.
*All classes are subject to change at any time.
*The class sign-up sheet for additional spots will now be
available ½ hour prior to class start time.
(Previously, sign-up was posted 1 hour before class time)
*All classes are subject to change, cancellation or substitute
instructor at any time.

a mat with you for Pilates or Yoga classes.

Ab Lab
A 30-minute core workout designed to tone and stabilize your
abdominals and lower back while emphasizing proper technique

Abs & Glutes
This circuit style class focuses on low back, abdominals,
obliques, quads, glutes, hamstrings, & inner & outer thighs!
Feel the burn while toning and tightening.

Boxing Conditioning
Train
your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems while building
power and strength and reducing body fat. Boxing is a
tough but effective conditioning method for becoming
physically fit in a short amount of time. This athletic
training class is appropriate for men, women and younger
people and includes drills using jump ropes, target
mitts, and other authentic Olympic-style boxing training
techniques. Hand wraps are required.
This is a pre-paid class but drop-ins are welcome for
$20.

BOSU Cardio
Balance trainer is a stability tool to
increase balance and core strength. We use the BOSU in this
class with Step patterns to amp up the cardio experience
while challenging balance and coordination. Aerobic
portion lasts about 45 minutes followed by core conditioning
also on the BOSU. This is a great class to push your
training to the next level!

Cardio Circuit Training
This circuit style ALL CARDIO class is set up in timed
stations using the BOSU, Step, Hurdles, Ladder, Air Rope and
much more! Go for the BIG Calorie burn in this class!

Functional Fitness
This easy to follow low impact
conditioning and balance class using weights and resistance
tools will re-define your body and help prepare you for
daily life activities.

Group Strength Training This 55 minute class is a full body workout. The workout
utilizes barbells and hand weights to strengthen and sculpt
all muscle groups. Strength training builds muscle, burns
fat and improves bone density. You’ll not only burn 400-600
calories during your strength training workout, you’ll also
maintain a significant metabolism boost throughout the day.

Heated
Yoga
Our heated yoga class is a great work out for your mind and
body. This 55 minute class is a Vinyasa (Flow) style
practice incorporating poses that will work the entire
body. Practicing yoga in a heated room (85-95 degrees)
allows our body to have a greater range of movement helping
us to get deeper in to postures and also helps us to
detoxify. This class is great for all levels of practice.
Please bring water, a yoga mat and towel for your mat.
Member: $8.00 Drop in rate, $5.00 per class if you buy a
pre-paid card (8 class punch card for $40.00.)
Non-Member:
$15.00 Drop in rate. (Drop in Non-Members
sign a waiver). Call for more information.

Indoor Cycle Indoor Cycling is a non-impact group exercise program for people
of all ages and fitness levels. Instructors lead the
invigorating exercise, varying the speed and intensity, to
guide you through an energetic workout. Instructors combine
various types of popular music to increase the fun and keep
you going!

Indoor
Cycle Fusion This unique class starts out with 35 minutes of high
intensity cardio work; “Spinning” where you can burn 300-500
calories, followed by 20 minutes of upper body weight
training with dumb bells, abdominal work and a stretch. The
entire workout takes place in the Spinning studio.

Pilates
A
body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen
and balance the body. Pilates targets the deep postural
muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed
at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body.
Excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility
and aligning the body correctly, Pilates also teaches
coordination, concentration and control of the body.

Step
High intensity, low
impact movements performed on and off a step platform with
or without risers. Intensity level is determined by speed,
travel, and execution of movements. This class will
challenge your mind and cardiovascular system.

High intensity, low impact movements performed on and off a
step platform with or without risers. Intensity level
determined by speed, travel, and execution of movements.
This
class combines the benefits of both cardiovascular and
resistance weight training in a format that utilizes
intervals.

Strength and Endurance This class includes both
cardiovascular and strength segments. You'll use light hand
weights for the 3 minute endurance drills and then a heavier
weighted barbell or dumbbells for the 3 minute strength
segments. The class is a high energy, high intensity class
which will leave you spent but wanting to come back for
more!

Total
Body Circuit Training
This circuit style class is set up in timed stations
alternating upper body, lower body, cardio and core drills.
This class takes no coordination but promises intense
results!

Turbo Kick A cardio class with energizing athletic moves, sports drills
and so much more! You will punch and kick your way through
this 55 minute class. You'll enjoy the hottest new music
while your sweating your way to better results.

Uppercut
High Energy Aerobic Boxing. Punch and shadow box your way
through a calorie burning workout with energizing music.
Simple, effective hour that promises results! No gloves or
bags needed.

Yoga Yoga means "union" and aims at the realization of the unity
of our whole being. Yoga is taught as a sequence of poses
and breath exercises. Yoga postures exercise the spine and
stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to remove toxins
from the body, which, if allowed to accumulate, may cause
pain and stiffness in the muscles and joints. The physical
postures, breathing exercises and meditation practices of
yoga have been proven to reduce stress, lower blood
pressure, and regulate the heart.

workout and join the party! Enjoy Latin rhythms to learn
simple dances such as Cumbia, Merengue, Samba,
Raggaeton (spanish hip hop) to work up a sweat.
