Throughout one’s life, many experiences bring us to where we are at today emotionally and physically. To me there is no worse feeling than recognizing, “I am out
of shape.” I have observed people feeling overwhelmed with not getting the results they were looking for (how much weight should I do? How many times per week?
How much cardio or what type of cardio, etc) and the outcome is feeling frustrated. That frustration led me to a career in Personal Training. With over six years
of experience, I have developed a personal method that I call coaching. A coach observes mental and physical weaknesses and strengths. A personal coach allows you
one on one attention insuring that you are safe and encouraging you to try your best each workout. By listening and utilizing the latest fitness methods in weight
training, cardiovascular, core, flexibility, and nutrition, I will design a program to meet your specific goals. I look forward to helping you realize that exercise

I have been passionate about the fitness industry for as long as I can remember. As a young athlete, I learned early on about the dedication it took to have a lifestyle

Change New to TAC’s training team, I am a CrossFit level 1 Trainer. I train using the CrossFit prescription: constantly varied,
high-intensity and functional movements. This prescription produces results, not side effects. It is constantly changing and covers
all areas of exercise: cardio, gymnastics, and weightlifting. Performing high-intensity workouts provides maximum results in little
time. Finally, the functional movements allow you to see your results not only in a mirror, but in your everyday life. Being able
to see yourself improve every day and just feel better gives you motivation to push yourself to continue to work hard. This
lifestyle is addicting for the simple reason that there is no better feeling than seeing results of hard work. CrossFit’s specialty
is not specializing, this means I am able to work with clients at any fitness level and help them to achieve their goals. I want to
share my education, change lives, and most importantly get people excited about health and fitness. My only request is to work with
clients who have heart and the desire to improve. The visual results are a byproduct of my training.

I used to teach high school mathematics for 6 years and then after having two children, my usual 3 days-a-week cardio was not delivering the changes I expected. I hired
a personal trainer and was instantly inspired. She helped me finnd a positive mental and physical lifestyle change through education, dedication and desire. That lifestyle
change evolved into and sustained my love of teaching through Personal Training and Group Fitness instruction. I have worked with power lifters, body builders, women,

Working to provide a family oriented atmosphere, Tahoma Athletic Club offers both early morning and late evening hours for their members.
