Our Winter Group Fitness Schedule has a large variety of classes to target your fitness goals: Indoor Cycle, Xpress Strength, Circuit Classes, Zumba, Hot Yoga, BOSU Ball, Group Weight Training, and more. If you are a beginner our National Certified Group Exercise Instructors will show you exactly how to set up your equipment and lead you through an easy to follow class. If you are advanced, our instructors are educated and prepared to push you just slightly out of your “comfort zone” into a “challenge zone” you will appreciate. Small Group Training is the perfect and affordable way to get in shape. At both Tahoma Athletic Club locations we have a number of special trainings to chose from. While working with a trainer in group of 4-8 you can get personalized direction in some very unique formats such as eXtreme FIT Club and TRX suspension training.

At Tahoma we are not only about fitness. We know that 80% of American’s problems is the food they eat. With membership, we offer a free personalized on-line nutrition program; dotFIT which helps you monitor the daily calories consumed and expended while giving you food and supplement suggestions. We have seen many of our members get amazing results with this program.
