Last summer we introduced TRX Strong. This small group training is quickly growing in popularity. We have added more classes(click below for a schedule and be sure to take advantage of your free trial class). The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Members are impressed how quickly they are seeing results. This simple training tool is so effective trainers incorporate it often in Small Group and one on one Personal Training Sessions.
Additionally did you know every membership at TAC includes a free on-line Nutrition program customized for you? This program includes, weight loss, recipes, supplement information, performance and sports, women's health, senior fitness, weight maintenance and more.
